For security reason, it will automatically lock for 5 minutes when enter the password incorrectly more than 5 times. Please make sure the size of your door meets the installation specifications, and the L/R side has different install method, you could follow the tips in video.

Smartphone Door Lock - The operation of the APP or keypad will be recorded (except key), even entered the wrong password. Open the bluetooth close to the door lock or use the gateway (sold separately) to read the new record. You can Authorized Admin to your family(recipients need to download the TTLock and register an account), recipients can unlock via APP.

Remote Sharing Password - You can remotely generate a temporary codes to guests, no need to worry about getting keys back from them. Or you can Authorized Admin to your family(recipients need to download the TTLock and register an account), recipients can unlock via APP.

Multifunction - Works with Alexa, reach to voice control via Alexa device. One SMONET gateway can match multiple smart door locks.
