The total number of fingerprints does not exceed 15 fingerprints. What mobile apps does this Bike Cable Lock support? APP Unlock (Only for YL-C3BF , YL-C3 not Support). The app name is "esmartlock", please download it from the App Store on iOS, or download it from Google Play on Android. How can I authorize remote unlocking? If your friend is neer the lock, download and install the esmartlock app, register account A, add account A user name under your main account and set the period that can be unlocked. Why can any fingerprints be unlocked? The new lock is in the factory mode by default, any fingerprint can be opened. Please register the user first. After the first user successfully registers, the factory mode will be automatically canceled. Only the registered fingerprint can open. Is this Bike Cable Lock suitable for outdoor use? This Bike Cable Lock is IP67 waterproof. Suitable for outdoor. The PVC cover we used on our bicycle locks are specially made to ensure that the lock sustain high and low temperatures (from 482℉ to 94℉).
